Probably a configuration error. Go to Tools->Scripting window and check where does the Scripts folder point to.

Yes, I understood that the problem can only appear when there is a scroller (question: horizontal or vertical ?)
But I never saw the scroll pane going back to top, except when I go to another segment (which refreshes completely the glossary pane)
Does it occur when you type something? Is your cursor in the editor or in glossary pane?
