DGT-OmegaT : new ALL releases published

These versions corrects the same bug as in StaX filters

They also correct a ticket mentioned in standard OmegaT related to command-line alignment of properties files

Releases 3.6-BETA and 3.7-DEV also improve the syntax coloration for regular expressions, accepting expressions like (?: or [^
