Tag wipe : contributed script

A new script has been added to the Unix version of the Tagwipe : it provides a GUI frontend which enables to select the level and the file (picture will come later here).

This is a contribution from Peter Sandrini, which maintains the Linux distribution TuxTrans. Many thanks to him for this contribution!
