New plugins for standard OmegaT

Anticipating publication of future DGT-OmegaT 3.2, here is a Perl script and a plugin; these are two solutions to problems with SDLXLIFF files.

The following text is based on discussion in the OmegaT forum.

The first one was to create a pair of Perl scripts (yes, not in Groovy because they are not designed to be called inside OmegaT but before and after your translation). You can download the scripts here. Then the mechanism is the following:
1. Call renum-to-omegat.pl with your SDLXLIFF file
2. Copy the resulting XLIFF in your OmegaT project. this one has paragraph, zero-based tag numbers
3. Translate inside OmegaT with Okapi filter, and compile the project
4. Call renum-to-trados.pl with the resulting file (from target), the project-save.tmx and the original file. This will produce a new SDLXLIFF with the translations and normally, correctly readable by Trados Studio.

Second approach was to create a totally new, independent (this is neither based on OmegaT's "xml3/xliff" nor on Okapi) file filter for XLIFF files, and especially for SDLXLIFF ones. This approach is of course easier for users, but not for developer - that's why you may think that the filter is less complete than already existing ones. If you want to test: downloads plugin
This filter takes the better from the already existing ones, even if I took no code from them: it is bilingual, like Okapi's, but it also produces paragraph-based tag numbers, and tries to give the correct tag prefix (also for SDLXLIFF!) as it was done by OmegaT's filter.
